LOS ANGELES - Eve has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving charges stemming from a traffic accident in Hollywood last month.
The rapper-actress (real name Jihan Jeffers) did not attend the arraignment Tuesday. Her attorney entered the plea on her behalf.
Eve was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above, and failure to provide proof of insurance, city prosecutors said.
