BEIJING - Nuclear negotiators for China, the United States and North Korea met Tuesday to discuss details of restarting the North Korean disarmament talks, China's Foreign Ministry said.
Retarting the six-nation talks took on new urgency after the North conducted its first nuclear test last month.
